La temporada más importante de premiaciones ha iniciado en Hollywood, siendo los Globos de Oro 2025 los primeros en iniciar la entrega de galardones. Sin embargo, tras los recientes incendios que han envuelto al sur de California, la siguiente entrega de premios, los Critics Choice Awards, se han tenido que posponer.
Sería este próximo domingo 12 de enero en el Barker Hangar del Aeropuerto de Santa Mónica la entrega número 30 de los Critics Choice Awards. Sin embargo, el director general de los premios, Joey Berlin, ha comunicado que tendrá que ser pospuesto.
“Esta tragedia ya ha tenido un profundo impacto en nuestra comunidad. Todos nuestros pensamientos y oraciones están con los que luchan contra los devastadores incendios y con todos los que se han visto afectados”, expresó Joey Berlin.

¿Cuándo se retomarán los Critics Choice Awards?
El evento de los tan esperados Critics Choice Awards se llevarán a cabo el próximo 26 de enero. La comediante Chelsea Handler será la anfitriona por tercer año consecutivo.
Entre los nominados destacan las películas Conclave y Wicked, empatadas con 11 nominaciones cada una. Dune: Part Two y la controversial Emilia Pérez cuentan con 10, incluyendo la categoría “Mejor Película”.
